Appointment Cancellations / No-Show Fees

Due to increased no-shows & last minute cancellations we will be implementing a cancellation policy. 

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations and we will now be taking a none refundable deposit for all our surgical appointments and new client appointments. The deposits will be put towards the final bill. 

Deposits will not be returned for any no-show appointments or short notice cancellations (less than 48hrs).
